• 1.75 oz. Argonaut Brandy
• 0.75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
• .5 oz. Simple Syrup
• 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
• Top with J CA Cuvée sparkling wine
• Garnish: Expressed Lemon Twist & Brandied Cherry (optional)
In a tall glass, build all ingredients over ice. Top with sparkling wine and stir to combine. Garnish with an expressed lemon peel and an Argonaut brandied cherry.
